Laboratory Testing
Acquiring objective data through laboratory testing is extremely valuable to identify underlying metabolic challenges such as thyroid dysfunction, blood sugar dysregulation, toxicity, GI dysfunction, and/or brain chemistry imbalances.  We use objective data to make specific recommendations and measure progress.  Some of our tests include: bioimpedance analysis, blood/pathology oriented, food sensitivities, organic acids, comprehensive stool, and salivary neurotransmitters & hormones.  For a comprehensive list and explanation of all our laboratory tests Click Here.

Nutrition Coaching
Health coaching is a new approach to health restoration and chronic disease management.  We at Pure Health thoroughly assess your health, rather than disease, and use nutrition and lifestyle to measurably improve your health.  As a result, your weight will optimize, your symptoms will diminish, and your conditions will improve.  Nutrition coaching is available one-on-one in our office or via phone.  Common goals addressed with nutrition coaching include: weight loss, detoxification, stress management, pain reduction, energy improvement, symptom releif, and lifestyle modifications for chronic conditions (diabetes, heart disease, depression, ect).

Personal Training
Exercise is essential to getting and staying healthy.   Our personal training services include: weight loss, corrective exercise, performance enhancement, and basic program design.  Personal training is available in one-on-one, couple, and group formats.  Group training has become a popular way to experience all the benefits of personal training while saving money.  All clients start personal training with a functional assessment to identify and address muscle imbalances.  Click Here for more information and pricing of personal training.
