Less Is More: Weight Loss for Women - Next Class Begins September 11, 2010
Less Is More is a 12 week health education class designed to help you lose weight by getting healthy. In 6 classes (class meets every other week) you will learn how to eat, exercise, balance your hormones, manage your stress, and overcome food cravings and emotional eating. Each participant will receive a resource binder, BIA (weeks 1 & 12), and a personalized FLT nutrition plan.

Week 1 - BIA & Explanation, Nutrition & Your Health, Food Quality
Week 2 - FLT Nutrition Plan, Meal Planning, Foundational Supplementation
Week 3 - Underlying Weight Loss Challenges - Toxicity, Blood Sugar, Thyroid
Week 4 - Exercise Basics, Heart Rate Training, Core Strengthening
Week 5 - Hormones and Bone Health
Week 6 - Emotional Eating, Food Cravings, Dining Out, BIA Retest

Fit Over Forty for Men - Call To Inquire About Next Class
Fit Over Forty for Men is an 8 week, results driven program designed to provide men the knowledge and skills needed to be fit and healthy through their 30’s, 40’s, and 50’s. Class meets every Saturday morning for 8 weeks. Each participant will receive a BIA in session 1 and 8 to track progress. Additionally, each participant will receive an FLT nutrition plan, FLT resource guide, and a power point notes binder. 4 of the 8 sessions will be held at Pure Health for class discussion and the other 4 sessions will held at the Fixx for group exercise. Fit Over Forty is hosted by clinical nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and First Line Therapist TJ Harrington.

Less Is More: Corporate Weight Loss is a designed for businesses of 10 empolyees or more. This class meets every other week for 12 weeks (6 classes total). Classes are customized to meet each companies needs. Less Is More is open to men and women and covers health topics from nutrition and exercise to stress and supplementation.
