Personal training is a great addition to any health program.  Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve function and strength, or improving your performance, personal training is the best way to accomplish your goals.  Pure Health personal trainers are nationally certified and carry a degree in health sciences.  Personal training includes corrective exercise, performance enhancement, weight loss, and flexibility improvements.

The first step for all clients, regardless of goals, is to schedule a BIA and consultation with a Pure Health coach.  This consultation will help you and the coach determine if personal training is right for you and if Pure Health has the right coach.  A meaningful consultation will reveal the real reasons for your desire to start exercise, address any barriers ($, time, support, ect), and determine if the time is right for you to hire a personal trainer.

Small group training has become very popular in these tough financial times.  The benefits of personal training (accountability, program design, motivation) can be experienced at a reduced rate in small groups.
